Zheng Ruoxing, deputy secretary of the former party committee of the Hedong District Education Bureau, accepted the banquet and other issues. On January 24, 2018, Zheng Ruoxing and the other seven leading cadres of the education system accepted the banquet of He Mou, the general manager of a company with business contacts. He Moumou provides high-grade tobacco and alcohol and pays a meal fee of 4,266 yuan. After the meal, Zheng Ruoxing and others accepted the tea and beer donated by He Moumou, totaling more than 3,200 yuan. In March 2019, Zheng Ruoxing was severely punished by the party; in May 2019, Zheng Ruoxing was dismissed; the other seven offenders were dealt with accordingly.
