The predecessor of Yiyao Printing, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Packaging and Printing Factory, was established in June 1958. At that time, there were only 66 employees, fixed assets of 270 yuan, and annual sales income of 140000 yuan. The factory is located in a small courtyard at 198 North Road, and then moved into the narrow alley of Hubu Street in the old city. The workshop is an old-fashioned bungalow and the production equipment is an old and backward manual printing machine. In the face of simple factories and outdated equipment, the predecessors of the packaging factory are self-reliant, hard-working, engage in technological revolution, strengthen enterprise management, and make the enterprise develop step by step.

In the 1976 Tangshan earthquake, the old-fashioned factory building of the packaging factory was severely damaged. After the earthquake, the cadres and employees of the whole factory devoted themselves to the self-rescue work of earthquake relief and home reconstruction. Leading cadres took the lead and the majority of employees participated. They fought in the enterprise day and night and overcame many unimaginable difficulties. In the process of post-disaster reconstruction, the young militia made outstanding contributions in defending and building enterprises, and then won the honorable title of advanced collective of the first Municipal Bureau of Commerce.

Footprints of Striving for Progress (1979-1994)

In 1979, after more than two years of arduous struggle, the new factory building was finally completed. On the original site of Hubu Street in the old city, a brand-new four-story building was erected. The production environment of the enterprise was completely improved, and the development of the enterprise had good conditions.

Bathed in the east wind of reform and opening up, the company actively integrated into the market and adapted to development more actively. In 1984, the Supply and Marketing Department was established to complete the transformation from production to production and operation. Pioneering and Innovative Development (1994-2004)

In 1994, the enterprise began to introduce multi-color printing machine, printing production from monochrome printing to multi-color printing, production has a qualitative leap, and then successively introduced Germany's Heidelberg four-color, five-color printing machine and Swiss Boster die-cutting machine and paste box machine, enterprise development has taken an important step.

With the continuous development of the packaging factory, the enterprise will buy the factory building opposite the forward shoe factory to meet the needs of the expanding scale of the enterprise. In 2000, the company carried out a comprehensive renovation, both the internal production and office environment, or the appearance of the plant showed a new look. At the same time, the company deepened its internal management. In 1992, it was named a "contract-abiding and reputation-abiding" unit by the municipal government; in 1996, it was rated as an advanced unit in industrial equipment management; in 1998, it was rated as the first batch of enterprises in Tianjin's industrial system to meet the basic management standards.

The Butterfly Change of Hard Work and Struggle (2004-2024)

Facing the urgent need of enterprise development, the factory leaders make scientific decisions and plan as a whole. Finally, in August 2004, a new factory building with a total investment of 40 million yuan was completed, becoming a beautiful scenery on Xianyang Road. At the same time, the pharmaceutical packaging and printing factory successfully completed the system reform and changed its name to Tianjin Yiyao Printing Co., Ltd.
